Objectives
Build an owned subscriber list that could be activated repeatedly at near-zero cost, without depending on paid reach or social media algorithms that change without warning.
Project Overview
I built the list to 12,000 subscribers using owned channels and organic capture. The strategy was to stop renting attention and start owning it. Every subscriber acquired was a direct asset added to the business, reachable at any time for any launch, promotion, or update without paying for access again. Budget stayed minimal because the approach relied on owned infrastructure, not ad spend.
Conclusion
12,000 owned subscribers. A distribution channel that costs almost nothing to activate at every future launch. The list became the core asset everything else runs on, from promotions to retention.
