Grow the Vouchify user base past 1,000 active users and build marketing infrastructure that runs without constant oversight, across email, social, and channel partnerships.

Project Overview

As CMO I own all marketing execution from brief to delivery. Campaigns, social media across Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp, email and CRM, and channel partnerships with local business owners across Kigali. Messaging is localized for the target market. No handoffs. No waiting on approvals. One person accountable for the acquisition number and for building the systems that generate it. Also built the in-house email list to 12,000 subscribers on minimal budget and drove 100X return on ad spend through email marketing of digital products.

Conclusion

User base grown past 1,000 active users. In-house email list at 12,000 subscribers. 100X return on ad spend delivered. This is a currently active role and the results are ongoing.
